Orders are dispatched from our partner warehouses within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot redirect packages once in transit.
As a buyer, you have the right to expect that goods are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
- 30 Day Right to Reject: If your item is faulty on arrival, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund.
- 14 Day Cancellation: Under Distance Selling regulations, you can change your mind and cancel within 14 days of receipt (unused items in original packaging only).
To initiate a return, email info@2131ltd.shop with your order number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service; we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Upon receiving a return, 2131 LTD will inspect the item. If the item shows signs of use, damage, or tampered packaging that reduces its resale value, we reserve the right to offer only a partial refund or reject the return entirely in accordance with UK law.
